    Kote,

Is that your resume that you send to potential employers???

If it is, not to be a dick, but it does not tell me a lot about what you did on the sites. Just some fluff. I'll give something for you to think about. The person looking at resumes just looks for key words. ActionScripting, PHP, CGI, E-business, etc. And don't just put those in a skill section or whatever you call it. Mention those in your description of your experiences.

    For example:
Brought in to complete a CBT Project for xxxx-xxxx, I worked closely with project managers to develop storyboards and timelines for all four modules in the project. I created Flash animations, which detailed how to perform tasks on a newly launched computer system. The animations consisted of breaking down the tasks into steps and demonstrating how the user completes each step. The demonstrations used screen captures (graphics) that I edited in Photoshop and Illustrator to insure they imported correctly into Flash. Using Flash’s ActionScript language, I created a simulated environment of the new system and gave the user a task, tested whether the user took the correct steps, provided feedback and in case they failed, showed them the correct sequence. The project was completed on time and under budget due to my abilities to code and use graphics programs, which eliminated any downtime waiting for the graphics department to produce the needed files.

    Hope this helps.
    Good luck
