  Can you make directories on your webserver?

  If this is just a temporary client preview - create a directory called /cllienntnaammesakdghaskdfha/ , stick your files in there and when the client's got the files, delete them from your server. That's what I do - I used to password protect files, but then the silly buggers would lose them/not send them on to their partners, etc etc

  Ok, so it's not 'secure', but for the week or so online you're talking about, I don't think it really matters.

  • sorry - 'i used to password protect DIRECTORIES'. You could also password zip/sit your files for extra protection.detritus
