you can do that with a waterjet cutter, laser cutter, or if not too tight of inside corners, a cnc machine. Look all those up in your area and see what works best for you price and time wise. Some shops might not have lasers powerful enough to cut through really thick wood though.
- But they could just cut two or three and stick 'em together..detritus
