Hey Joseph, nice work. Try buying some list from Adbase in your region. Cost a couple hundred of dollars but will give you the names, email, phone number, address of all design and ad agencies by region along with the Creative & Art Directors information. Then create a sexy Rich Email with your pitch, good luck.
