    A bit odd mix, but:
    Start with foie gras, a dozen Prince Edward Island oysters on the half shell, and bones boiled and braises in a brandy sauce (scoop the marrow out to spread on toasted garlic ciabatta).

    Main meal:
    Thin crust white pizza with clams, cheery tomotoes, and gruyere.

    Desert:
    Pumpkin pie.
    A full bottle of 15 yr. old cask strength Aberlour a'bunadh single malt scotch.
