Just about all modern browsers support CSS / XHTML pretty well, with some minor quirks, like MS' box model and flkoat support and Opera's something or other.
Safari seemed odd to me, in that most of my stuff would work in everything, but. And then Mac militants would throw shit at me and tell me it had to be my code that was wrong.
4cY should be a good resource on Safari's CSS support, as he did an incredible job with it on a recent project.
Most of the links stated above have most necessary minor hacks and workarounds to get around the browser limitations wihtout writing 5 versions of your site, which is the point of all this standards BS in the first place.
And as I mentioned (and almost done with) Zeldman does a great job of putting them all together. both on his sites and in his book.
