we did a site once where each main section of the website was colourcoded. so after building the WHOLE site, the company that did the company's corporate guidelines gets in touch with us and tells us that in fact one of their junior designers who was compiling the document had made mistakes with the colour spec ( i presume it was CMYK>RGB mistakes). We had to redo all the graphics for the site and all the stylesheets. was LOADS of work. I do hope that junior got stabbed
