  sure.. go to your actions panel, create a new action, mine's called CMYK2RGB - stop recording. Open a CMYK image. Start recording > set mode to RGB. Stop recording. go to File > automate > batch. Select your CMYK2RGB as the 'action', select correct folders. Done
