    Pasta alla Putanesca -
    28 oz can of tomatoes
    6 chopped anchovies
    2-3 gloves of garlic
    1/4 cup chopped black/kalamata olives
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    2 tbs capers
    olive oil

    1. Cook garlic, pepper and anchovies in oil until garlic is golden and anchovies disintegrate.

    2. Add tomatoes and remainder of ingredients. Bring to boil, lower heat, and simmer while you cook your pasta.

    (note: recipe is from memory - exact proportions may be off)
