hmmm. in Euros that sounds like alot of money. But depending on how intensive the Flash site could be, you might end up kicking yourself.
Make site map and price each page by hour. Some pages are obviously easier than others.
If the client has a budget make sure u get your hands in it. Dont short change yourself because then the headache turns into a migrane.
