Looked into doing my own a few years back. It ain't easy but props if he gets it going. A lot of people I talked to pretty much said to give away ads to companies for the first issue or two just to get them in. If your mag takes off you can charge for it. You won't make money off of it for the first few issues, but you can then go around to other companies telling them who you got and why they should advertise too.
- makes sense. Yeah, lots of money and time needed for a project like this.. Great to find out how it all works tho..OSFA
