there is a scottish saying - there is nothing so bad that it can't get worse. which is funny to think about when things are going good but not very funny when it seems to ring true. dwell in the bad for a moment just to get a little anger out but don't linger too long. negative doesn't tend to be a constant, and good things will always happen again. best of luck to you and those around you.
