I started smoking very young, after a few years (maybe 7 or so) I quitted for a year or so, (just the bad one of the 2 kinds I was smoking) then back at if for fro 2 more, its been probably 4 years now that I haven't touched a cigarette and when I was quitting, the hardest part was going to a bar, when I was smoking I talked to a lot more people.
I know that if I try 1 cigarette I will fall again into the vice, so when I'm feeling like smoking I go to a hookah bar, its way lighter than tobacco or weed, in fact if you are a smoker you might not even feel it, but now its good and enough for me, I probably did it twice last year though..
- except the hookahs are WAY more nasty for you than cigarettes. i quit tobacco in 98, i still have grass here and there. but when i do, i try to use my vaporizer whenever possible.jaylarson
