  Could do some SVG-based magic, but I wouldnt have a clue how save for googling SVG, seeming as I can achieve everything I want by other, superior technologies.
  And honestly - the rings don't need to go all the way down the sides of the content to give it the concentric idea, even just a few rings, less than 10 would give the right idea of the concentricness.

  Please, take off most of the rings - people have got to look at this, remember..
