  I'm sorry but I think it is lame of you trying to make money from this. Did she do it on purpose? Did it incapacitated you seriously? You're not making living in society any better if you sue her for a sore muscle. Unless she was intoxicated and irresponsible, of course. At least give her a chance to reward you directly for your work losses if any exists, before you put a hound on her tail. Put yourself in her shoes, dude. I can happen to you next week.

  • I may be wrong but that is what she pays insurance for. To cover costs like that, the only thing that she will pay for is the hike in insurance and the deductible.
