lex tango flight = one where you have a 'confirmation' (take this with a HUGE grain of salt), but where you are not assigned a seat (HUGE difference). you pay for it at the gate/airport/where you get your seat assignment. very inexpensive, but you may have to wait a couple flights (read: hours) to get on the flight you want.
airport locker = NOT SAFE
the overage fee on luggage in transport is nothing. and 15Kg only applies to carry-on, not checked luggage. checked allows for 35Kg.
