    I want to agree with vague and jevad, but while $15k seems a bit high, I wouldn't be surprised if it cost $10-15k when you factor in:

    *The actual design concept and how it compliments PinkBerry's image, style, and brand.
    *Time to concept, design, and revise/approve every page.
    *Store locator, E-mail newsletter, and any News system.
    *Actual coding time.
    *Bureaucratic bullshit and communication time; project management.

    A pretty standard agency rate of $150/hour, times 100 hours (two weeks worth of work for a couple employees) and you'd get $15k. Not unreasonable at all.
