    I agree with just about everything you said madrish, except the tougher part. I guess it would all depend on the shop itself, what they are into (single-speed, fixed gear, downhill, freeride, road, etc) but they were the guys that picked the name spinjunky. So just on knowing the name alone, I would guess they have a little bit of a rough edge. But I guess in reality only leftwave knows if they are togh, or more family cruiser style?
