what's even better? have a system to save all your entries and archive them. so you can track all your invoices. you can create a data field with check boxes so once you receive the payment, you can click on 'received'. also have 'payment received year to date' and it shows sum of all payments received.
i don't have time to build it but maybe someone can. email me once you are done. thanks!
