    slacks and a polo will be fine (i think). although a short sleeve polo might be a bit cold. chicago is... blistery that time of year. i wore a pair of grey slacks and a black button down dress shirt. fit right in, although one of the business sales guys wore a suit the whole time. after orientation it depends on what department you'll be in. im=jeans, untucked (but nice) shirts, sweaters, graphic long sleeve t shirts, spiked hair. :) the rest of the place is really in khakis, brown shoes, tucked in gap button down. not that there is anything wrong with that. for future reference though, always remember... it's better to be overdressed than under dressed, cause you'll never get a second chance at a first impression. good luck dude.
