I have the Bose Tri Port In-Ears an they work fine for me. I use them in many situations, from the gym, to playing live shows (I'm a drummer), as well as in my room when there is too much noise in the house. They work extremely well for me and the three different ear foam sizes were an added bonus.
Bose also has a great return policy. I would give it a shot.
