  I have a question about the battery life.
  What happens when it finally fails to take a decent charge anymore? They project 500 charging cycles with proper (complete discharge/recharge) use.

  When they finally won't accept a charge anymore... they will have to be sent in, won't they?
  How long will that take to replace it?
  Will you get a loaner?
  What about being without your phone, (and phone number) for a week to 10 days?
  How many people will it take on Apple's staff to replace over a million batteries in units sold-to-date?

  Do I ask a lot of questions?
  Really?
