Cross-platform game development is killing the PS3. They usually develop on 360 and port games over as the 360 is easier to develop for. The games always end up performing worse even though the PS3 is a superior unit. GTAIV is most likely going to suck since Rockstar want to release it on DVD for the 360, even considering PS3 can handle 50GB on a single Blu-Ray.
