looks 'young'... but a bit dated in my opinion. I'd like to see you use the full screen to be honest (refer to any site on thefwa.com)...
... also... the 'news' section - why'z that so tiny vertically? open that up a bit...
... and since it's all flash... get some transitions in there - make use of the medium or make it html as I see no purpose behind the flash usage as it stands now.
Perhaps come up w/a secondary font for description text - I'm not a fan of the description type matching your Nav type... especially given it's a blackletter font of sorts...
... definitely feels sk8rish... just... feels a bit dated... not as 'fresh' as it could be (I'm talking about the illustration / beat-up background etc... it's all very early 2000's... just needs a bit of 'now' flavor - and I'm not sure off the top of my head what that is).
