  1) As Russet said, header image doesn't need to be so huge
  2) Nav at the bottom feels weird to me, although I see what you're going for

  Other than that, it's a nice, clean layout. I guess a lot depends on the quality of your work and what the rest of your site looks like.

  On a side note, might be helpful to use rasterized version of Verdana or Arial for the live text...to give a better idea of what it will really look like...unless its in Flash
