are you spending a lot of time in the room you usually sleep in? maybe working on stuff? I had brutal indsomnia for about 2 years, seldom slept more than 3 nights a week if that and could find nothing which helped till I read articles on how your brain trains you to recognise spaces for specific functions. You should only sleep in your bedroom (or whatever, you know) cos your brain will find it hard to switch off if you use the room for other things.
I moved my computer to another room, I stopped sitting in my room watching tele etc and, coupled with breathing exercises and things I got over it.
I was phoning the samaritans and stuff at that time it was basically killing me. Good luck.
