oh hey yer the dude in vic i remember now.
how's it?
i'm on a G5 PPC dual2ghz. 2gbs ram atm and ok but i'm upping that to 4gb for leopard and improved CS3 performance.
with this $160 ram upgrade i foresee myself using this box another 2 years or so.
if teh price is worth 2-3 years use and you need a new box, go for it. apple towers should hopefully have seen a complete redesign by then and you'll be right on schedule to upgrade again.
