LVL, thanks for the response. Would it possibly be a server side component? I'm thinking maybe when the client arranges the video objects in order, that phase would just be the front-end of showing the client how to interacting with the application, when they click submit, flash maybe sends the variables via externalInterface class to pass the variables to javascript, which is surrounded by server-side script(wrapper) and grabs those variables via dynamic javascript using the externalInterface class. Now that the server has it's varibables, it would generate these ready made video swf's, through some kind of sever component on the fly. Sorry to make it lengthy it helps to talk it through and nerd out. Anyone?
