    the connection between final cut and motion is utterly amazing, seriously.

    for example you don't need to render anything you simply create your gfx in motion and simply drag and drop the program file!!! into your bin in FCpro and slap it on your timeline and render it in final cut :D !!!! and the send to function is great highlight what tracks you would like to tinker with in motion and go to file send to motion and it pops it into a new compoition and maintains layer order and pulls audio through aswell then once you are done dodge back to final cut and it is on your itmeline waiting to get rendered :) very quick very good.
    Like tank says though, I have in no way made a change or a move I still use AE for lots of stuff £d for example is better in AE but you can always get png sequences or alpha movies into motion. It compliments AE and a final cut suite perfectly.
