two boots in nyc has the best cajun toppings. i could go for a crawfish, andouille sausage, garlic, hot pepper pizza right now. i'm also feeling these toppings (separate or together): anchovies (used to hate, now i love), any hot pepper (jalapeno, pablano - roasted jalapenos, habanero), spinach, eggplant, basil, sun-dried tomatoes and olives. i still need to go to naples to try a real pizza.
