Dead serious. Boerwoers Sausage is a delicacy in South Africa and Namibia. It's an acquired taste, didn't like it at first, but it's very good. Coriander is used in a lot of Asian foods I guess. Like Coriander Thai Calamari is one of my favourites. That might be good on Pizza too ;)
