Yeah RoomFive, theres a guidebook, but it covers much more than things to say. It also covers topics as diverse as, 'When its ok to walk around in your underwear while you're sons friends are in the house' (my dad) and challenges like 'how many cups of tea can you ask someone to make you in one evening' (my mum).
My sister just bought a new house and moved back home before its ready, so she's now going through all of this :D
