Figured I'd throw in my $0.02 since I just started at Fi 10 weeks ago. If you're on top of your game already, then you're in great shape. If you're just starting out, but have a lot of potential and a personality that fits, you're still in good shape because everyone will be willing to work with you.
The people people here are all really cool and knowledgeable. Its a very tight-knit group. In the past year there's been a ton of restructuring going on business focus wise. We rarely do promo sites anymore and are more focused on application design like someone already mentioned. The nice thing about working here though is that we get a lot of freedom when working with clients because our CEO essentially demands that when new projects come our way.
