Sorry one more thing, if you are doing walk throughs I would just hire a freelance steadicam operator. My friend Jim is one and he has all the gear inc camera.
Wouldnt cost your more than a 100 per hour if you supply the tapes and the dude just films for a couple of hours and just gives you the footage.
These guys will get the angles, and they can literally run up and down stairs with no camera shake so it looks like you're floating. Worth every penny.
