it's prety rough at the moment.
site design doesn't really reflect the style of your work. Try to keep a consistant style/image. Clients and employers will be interested in your work style... the bubbly green look isn't doing you any favours.
the green overpowers the work. I'd tone it down.
I can't read your logotype. Kinda defeats the purpose.
Your branding/typo page is too packed to focus on the work. add some whitespace and cull some of the work.
your layout fucks up in IE6 (still a BIG section of users).
Not sure if you have packaging and apparel yet and just haven't added it to the site, but the coming soon bothers me... fill it up or take it out.
Your work is super nice, I think you should head back to the drawing board on it and produce something up to the quality of your portfolio.
