Maybe you're better off asking for pro help 'cause like previously stated, the terms change from country to country. If the product is targeted at the US hispanic market then broader terms are used.
Going back to your terms I think the following are good to use:
mailing address - domicilio
(like vectormasked said, dirección could be any address, it also translates to direction and instruction)
length of ownership - tiempo como propietariothe last term from what I understand is like a fee should be something like:
Comisión por uso de tarjeta de credito.
