i really wouldnt have a problem with being stopped and searched if i knew it was going to make the world a safer place. and that the searches that were being done were actually constructive towards tackling something.
if they were to use this initiative to tackle knife crime though, they arent going to find many culprits by stopping and searching the completely wrong statistic. i.e stopping and searching grannies isnt going to stop knife attacks cos they dont carry out these kind of attacks.
