if you feel wronged.
getty posts their image on good faith that you wont violate their terms.
you violated their faith.
you as a customer, stole from them.
if you think this is bad business, than you should just simply pay the fine since you have admited your guilt.
it seems like you say its bad business but it seems like you just dont want to pay. same as how clients wont pay when you have give them the design.
