I had my Marin stolen back in 1999. I heard the little fuckers break down the outer door but I thought it was the noisy neighbours.
The police found the bike the next day. Since it was chained up (not to anything though) the wanksters had tried to smash the chain with a brick, on the rear stays of the bike. It was completely mangled. They had stripped everything but the chainset and pedals.
The police caught the fucktards who did it but as they were both 13 there was nothing they could do. There was something I could do though... I would've had me some fun if they had just given me names and addresses. Cunts.
