in all honesty, you need to step in and do something now before it's too late.
it sickens me to say that i can count on one hand the number of girls i know who are good friends of mine who have been raped from a similar situation.
file a police report. save phone and text messages. if needed, go over his head at work to hr and spill the beans, even though it might not be happening at work.
one of my wifes friends had a really bad stalker for a while who picked the wrong night to show up at a bar while i was there with the girls. it didn't turn out very well for the guy. i have absolutely no tolerance for stalkers/rapists.
