i can't believe i am looking at those at work... they look well cured too.
as per the medicinal values, a vaporizer would be nice. i recently saw a portable vaporizer at HT. it was about the same size as a glass onie, but one end was sealed, the other had a removable end to place in nugg with a hole for 'exhaust.'
i have weak lungs and my biological grandmother got lung cancer. vapor seems to be the most efficient way and most pleasurable.
