i think thats what he did
he just showed up
cause that charity as far as i know does not associate it self with spike lee nor he want mentioned any where
i guess he thought that since he is a big shot he could just walk up.
and i dont think the phones he got was for a charity
mind the guy who got the phone for charity didnt get 2 phones ... like spike
