Here's some perspective for you.
I've been drinking legally longer than you've been alive.
Drinking age in NY and most states in 1981 was 18. (Thank you Ronald Regan for denying states highway money if they didn't raise it.)
but I'm not too old enough to remember being in a bar when I was 21 with another girl who was also 21 and how great she looked, even though I never gave her birthday spankings.
