for a start, tie it up with the telephone number at right - there's already a physical pixel difference, but beyond that, visually, the logo looks heavier and lower down. Otherwise, I'd loosen the logo's tie to your grid - shiggle the flower motif right a few pixels (or left, and its increase size), make it stand out more, but flow it into the rounded corner of your main image. Imo, non-squared graphic elements work better when they sit loosely alongside defined gridded elements - text, main images etc.
dunno if that's clear. basically, play with it a little - either regiment it or let it loose.
