Right on.
So it is pretty simple. The part I don't like is all the time you have to spend reading stuff at the market to make sure it doesn't have anything you can't eat. But good for the soul.
I feel good and have more energy. We have been drinking wheatgrass now and that seems to help.
Shakes are good. We also have a farmers market on fridays about 1 mile from our crib so that will help with the fresh fruits and vegies.
We live in long beach, so if you have anything close, please advise.
