    i had a 5 year run as a vegetarian.

you can pretty much eat anywhere as long as your not vegan. soon you'll stop to crave it so thats cool. i cheated sometimes and had chicken broth. oh well.

try potator tacos. those are the best. fry up some home fries w/ the taco seasoning and put them in a taco shell with all the fixins. cheese sour creme hot sause lettus tomoato. you can make a lot and make a potato burrito for lunch and you can also have it with eggs in the morning w/ breakfast.

also grilled portobello mushroom tofu. on a wheat bun with avocado sour creme and a lil mild salsa lettus and onion. mmmm you wont miss the meat.

try to cook full square meals. make a ton of black eyed peas and rice. lots of beans so you get your protien. especially for your wife. poor diet can throw her period off and also make it hard to get pregnant (if youre trying).

i also liked having silk tofu, rice milk and banana strawberry shakes for breakfast. a lil protein in the mornin and its quick.

its easy to stay motivated if you get yourself a cook book. that way youre trying new things and eating good food. depending on where you live you might find some good vegie only returants also. i have a handful in california i still visit often.

i sold out because for the first time im dating someone whos not vegearian. its hard to cook meat for your man and not eat it yourself. i slowly gave in.
