How much can you bench?

    I thought this would be some kind of smart-ass thread being that Carlos_23 started it, but maybe it was legit. I was a skinny kid and couldn't bench for shit, then I got heavy not ever doing anything and could hit a baseball, softball or golf ball pretty damn far and hard, probably benching around 210, 30 pounds more than I was at the time. Supposedly, you should at least be able to do reps at your weight. I got healthy, no beer, no carbs, while in Europe. Lost 30 pounds down to 152 now, there is no way I could do 210 again and would be lucky to get 170 in the air. I got lean and fit though, it was like Toby McGuire in Spiderman kinda' change in a summer, however, that hurt me to do. Plus: girls like it; Minus: guys like it. :) - :(
