    with that experience though, it's about your portfolio. If you've done 12 years with no awards etc, no where near that. If you are an award winning AD with awards and a top portfolio, you are gold dust sunshine.

    so laminated menus for 126 local cafe's and 532 one-man-band company business cards AND designing a tshirt for Threadless then spamming it on the PBS doesnt count as a decent portfolio?
    damn, i better start shooting for some awards then!!
