i went from my own office to a cubicle. I feel like Dilbert.
I second the work environment thing. Especially if u spend more than 8hrs. Most people get less sleep than they spend in the office.
Other than that, I would definitely say, benefits, early completion bonuses, paid training/seminars, etc.
Definitely makes the employee feel integral to the successful operations of the company in question.
