- More interesting projects. Right now I have a few projects per month, and I can finish them within a few days (although everyone thinks it takes me longer). If I didn't have tight deadlines then I would definitely do everything at the last minute.
- Time off with pay would be good, although I'm only a student.
- Pay is already great and I work downtown, which is always entertaining.
I'm actually having a meeting tomorrow with my pay advisor, who will be letting me know about some extra benefits that I have received.
Also, I have a dental plan with my parents still since I'm only 20 and going to school.
